information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder and the amended
provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as

binding document between you and Statistical Energy Products Pvt. Ltd. (both
terms defined below). The terms of this Privacy Policy will be effective upon
your acceptance of the same (directly or indirectly in electronic form, by
clicking on the I accept tab or by use of the website or by other means) and
will govern the relationship between you and Statistical Energy Products Pvt.
Ltd. for your use of the website “Website” (defined below) and the applications
“Apps”.

Terms of service (TOS) -
➢ “STATWATT”/"We" / "Us" / "Our"/” Company” individually and collectively refer to Statistical Energy Products Pvt. Ltd having it registered office at 15, 5th Cross, St. Pauls Church Street, Kalkere, K Chensandra, Horamavu, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560043, India, and or any of its business divisions and / or its subsidiaries, associate companies or subsidiaries to subsidiaries, wherever the context applies.
➢ "You"/ "User"/” Visitor “shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and or purchasing the Products sold through the Website and includes a subscriber of the website/application services provided by STATWATT.

Site” means the website operated by STATWATT (www.statwatt.com), or its
Affiliates, which provides information related to various Product and or
Services of STATWATT to the subscribers or any prospective customers and enable
them to avail the Service(s) as may be provided through the Website from time
to time etc.
➢ “Applications”/”
Apps” means the applications (loaded in Google play store and or in Apple app
store) operated by STATWATT, or its Affiliates, which provides information
related to various Product and or Services of STATWATT to the subscribers or
any prospective customers and enable them to avail the Service(s) as may be
provided through the Applications from time to time etc.
USER INFORMATION
In general, you can visit our websites or download catalogue
without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about
yourself. There are certain areas and certain functions or features of the
Website or Applications, however, may need information from you.

other service requirements or advertising messages/emails.

STATWATT/ or prior to availing of any Services offered on our application if

The User Information is being collected by the

delete any User Information upon the User withdrawing the consent in writing,
however, upon the withdrawal of the consent by the User, the Company may at its
option not provide any services for which the Information was sought and the
User shall not claim deficiency of services on the basis of such non provision
of goods and services.
COOKIES
