Return and Cancellation Policy

 

Dear Customer,
Our focus is to provide complete customer satisfaction on every purchase and we thank you for choosing our product. In the event, if you are displeased with our products, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after the investigation, and this is strictly conforming to the Warranty document. Hence request you to read the warranty document and do reach out to us if there are any questions or clarifications

 

DEFINITIONS

 

 TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS) -

 

     “STATWATT”/"We" / "Us" / "Our"/” Company” individually and collectively refer to Statistical Energy Products Pvt. Ltd having its registered office at 15, 5th Cross, St. Pauls Church Street, Kalkere, K Chensandra, Horamavu, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560043, India, and or any of its business divisions and / or its subsidiaries, associate companies or subsidiaries to subsidiaries, wherever the context applies.

     "You"/ "User"/” Visitor “shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and or purchasing the Products sold through the Website and includes a subscriber of the website/application services provided by STATWATT.

     "WebSite"/” Site” means the website operated by STATWATT (www.statwatt.com), or its Affiliates, which provides information related to various Product and or Services of STATWATT to the subscribers or any prospective customers and enable them to avail the Service(s) as may be provided through the Website from time to time etc.

     “Applications”/” Apps” means the applications (loaded in Google play store and or in Apple app store) operated by STATWATT, or its Affiliates, which provides information related to various Product and or Services of STATWATT to the subscribers or any prospective customers and enable them to avail the Service(s) as may be provided through the Applications from time to time etc.

 

In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to cancel their order(orders) and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before shipment - Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India

Cancellation after shipment - Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in Bengaluru

 

If the order or the items that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet -

you can write to our customer support team on support@statwatt.com

 OR

        you may cancel from your “Orders” by logging in your account in Website or Applications. To cancel an order: Just click on the Cancel button against your order in My Orders in My Account.

 

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request.

 

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered -

       Get in touch with our Customer Support team on support@statwatt.com.

       In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.

 

Once we receive the product back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 7-10 business days. You will be notified on the same by email.

Return Policy

STATWATT offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery. We also accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order. If the product has been purchased as the bundle, please return all products included in the bundle.

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@statwatt.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference. Invoice has to be retained for warranty returns hence it’s advisable to safe keep the invoice copy as a photo / photo copy on your storage devices.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process within 7-10 business days only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.

 

Products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.]

 

If a return is accepted, STATWATT will replace or refund the invoiced rupee value for, the damaged / defective / expired / wrong product. In either case, the additional logistics amount paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a refund coupon, that can be applied to the customer’s next order with STATWATT, subject to the customer providing a copy of the logistics receipt.

This will be subject to the details mentioned on our warranty document.

 

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock, patience will be appreciated and we will ensure there will be necessary communication
